Maester Kwame – Lead by Example

Logline: In the underprivileged Amsterdam neighborhood of Bijlmer, there’s a shortage of role models for the youth. Maester Kwame, a devoted tutor and appointed role model, dedicates himself daily with a group of driven colleagues to empower both each other and an underserved community. We closely follow Kwame as he addresses urgent issues within his community and seeks counsel from the significant figures in his life.
